How long does a report take?

Is the report cost separate from the tree work?
Yes, on purpose. The report is paid as advice, and its recommendation, whether that's no work, some pruning or removal, has to be independent of who quotes the work. If it says remove and you'd like my crew to do it, I'll quote that as its own job. If you'd rather use someone else, the report still stands on its own.
